Zion National Park. Let me start off by saying it had one of the scariest hikes I have ever done (and I hiked the Grand Canyon in the snow!).
Although it was a quick trip for us, I knew right away upon arriving that Zion is definitely a national treasure. A must-see is Angels Landing. This trail took us about 2 hours to complete (keep in mind, we went during non-peak season. Which I highly recommend everyone to do). 
At the halfway point (before it gets really intense and the trail becomes narrow and steep with only a chain to hold on to), I almost decided to wait there for my partner to finish the rest of the way while I took a rest. I was 2 months pregnant at the time and was suffering from severe morning sickness. But I couldn’t let that stop me. We had planned and made the 6-hour trip all the way over there. I felt like I had to do it as long as I was extra careful and didn’t push myself too far. My partner was very patient and supportive. And I am glad I finished it because I would have instantly regretted it when I’d open and view our photos at home and saw what a fantastic sight it is from the very top. 
Other hikes I would recommend are the Narrows, Hidden Canyon Trail, and just driving around the park, in general, is a view. Luckily we experienced it with hardly any people there. So it was a joy. You get to drive through cave-like structures, extensive views of the park and easy access to Bryce Canyon and Dixie National Forrest.
They surprisingly had a restaurant near our campsite and visitors center. It was a cute and cozy brewery that had a vegan burger.
I urge everyone to plan their trip in the winter time! Angels Landing can get especially dangerous with the human congestion. There is not much room to go around a slow or fearful hiker. And trying to do so can result in hazardous situations. You also get the pleasure of taking your own vehicle instead of the shuttle (which I read can be unbearable with the heat and amount of people there). You also get to find newer excursions faster.
Such an amazing and beautiful place. I cannot wait to revisit soon.
